Considered one of Andalusia's most emblematic cities, Cordoba stands on the banks of the Guadalquivir River as a living testimony to Roman and Caliphate civilizations. Its Old Town, one of the largest in Europe, houses an exceptional artistic heritage where the imposing Mosque-Cathedral, the ancient Roman Bridge, and the essence of the old Jewish Quarter coexist.
The journey begins with a departure from Seville toward Carmona, a charming "white village" where we take a short break to admire its architecture, enjoy a coffee, or rest before continuing the route. The drive to Cordoba crosses the heart of the Andalusian landscape, a horizon dominated by endless olive groves that accompany us until we reach our destination.
Upon arrival, we dive into a guided walking tour of the historic center that reveals the city's fundamental landmarks. The itinerary discovers the silhouette of the Roman Bridge over the river, the white-washed labyrinth of the Jewish Quarter, the Royal Stables, and the historic Synagogue, not forgetting the iconic Cordobés patios—a true explosion of color and tradition. After the walk, you have free time to explore at your own pace, get lost in the narrow streets, taste local gastronomy, or find a special souvenir in the craft shops.
The experience culminates inside the Mosque-Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is the moment to marvel at its famous forest of red and white arches and its golden mosaics; an absolute masterpiece of Andalusian architecture that offers a unique atmosphere found nowhere else in the world.
