What data we process

• Identifying and contact details you give us (name, email, phone, company).
• Data needed to handle a booking or enquiry (dates, number of people, preferences).
• Payment data, handled by the payment provider; we don't store your full card details.

What we use it for and on what legal basis

• Managing your booking or enquiry and delivering the service (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps).
• Responding to your information requests (your consent or our legitimate interest).
• Meeting legal obligations (tax, accounting) where they apply.

Cookie-free analytics

We measure site usage with our own first-party analytics that does NOT use tracking cookies or share your data with advertising third parties. That's why we don't show a marketing-cookie banner.

Recipients

We only share data with the suppliers needed to deliver the service (e.g. the operator of the booked activity) and with parties who provide us services under contract (data processors). We do not pass your data to third parties for advertising purposes.

Retention

We keep data for as long as needed for its purpose and to address any legal liabilities.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to reservas@tour2b.com, proving your identity. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
