Menorca is a mythological paradise yet to be discovered. This is affirmed by Bolets de Menorca, a family company dedicated to the cultivation of mushrooms and bolets 365 days a year. They opened the doors of their estate to offer a different, dynamic, and fun experience and were awarded in 2024 as the best rural project in Spain in Tierra de Oportunidades 2024. In addition, the experience is cataloged by SEGITTUR as one of the best agricultural experiences at the national level.
You will learn every detail of how mushrooms are grown throughout the year and about Menorca's mycological richness. The guided tour consists of three parts:
Introduction to mycology, so that we can get to know and discover all the processes that take place in nature through videos and images.
Tour of the facilities, following the entire process, from the laboratory, through the production areas or our surprising indoor forest, ending in the workshop, where the production processes will be known.
Final tasting with the tasting of one of our products, through original and unusual elaborations, combined with other products from the island and paired with wine, beer, and soft drinks from the island.
