The boat excursion to Dragonera Island offers a unique opportunity to disembark and explore one of Mallorca's most emblematic natural parks. Located off the southwest coast, Dragonera is a protected area of incalculable ecological value that stands out for its rugged landscapes, biodiversity, and a perfectly preserved, pristine marine environment.
The island became a symbol of citizen resistance that managed to save this spot from an ambitious urban development project. The Council of Mallorca acquired it in 1987 to guarantee its full preservation, and it was finally declared a Natural Park in January 1995. It serves as an important refuge for seabirds and endemic species, such as the Balearic lizard. Today, access is strictly regulated to preserve its ecosystem, limiting the number of visitors and the length of stay.
Our three-and-a-half-hour excursion, designed exclusively for adults, departs from the jetties of Santa Ponsa, Paguera, or Camp de Mar. The route sails past spots such as Cala Fornells, Camp de Mar, Cala Llamp, Port d'Andratx, and Sant Elm before reaching Dragonera, where passengers have approximately one hour of free time to walk the marked trails, visit the visitor center, and enjoy the protected surroundings. The experience is completed with a swimming stop in the crystal-clear waters surrounding the island, offering a moment of relaxation in an untouched ecosystem.
The journey takes place aboard our fast boat Carpe Diem, a modern and comfortable launch with a capacity for 117 passengers, ideal for dynamic excursions close to the coast. The boat features spacious open areas for sunbathing and enjoying the views, comfortable seating, easy access to the sea, restrooms, and bar service to ensure maximum comfort throughout the trip.
