Discover the contrasts of Lanzarote on a circular electric mountain bike (E-MTB) route, designed to explore dirt tracks and coastal trails without physical overexertion. The experience begins in Costa Teguise with helmet fitting, custom adjustments to your bike, and a brief technical briefing to familiarize you with the motor-assist modes, led by our professional guide-instructor (registered with the Canary Islands Government Active Tourism Board). Once rolling, we ride along the Atlantic on sand and gravel paths, discovering black lava coves and natural pools en route to Charco del Palo, the traditional prickly pear cactus fields of Guatiza, and the coast of Arrieta.
From the coastline, electric pedal assistance allows you to tackle the inland climb in total comfort, ascending past the Mala Dam with a stop at the spectacular Cathedral Cave ( Cueva de la Catedral ). The trail continues gaining elevation through volcanic landscapes up to the Ermita de las Nieves and Peñas del Chache—the highest point on Lanzarote—a privileged viewpoint to embrace the silence and take in a breathtaking panoramic vista of the Famara massif, the island of La Graciosa, and the ocean.
The return journey has it all: fun descents, technical stretches, and flowing tracks crossing the historic quarter of the village of Teguise before completing the circular loop back to Costa Teguise. An unhurried, enjoyable 4-hour guided tour conducted exclusively in small groups capped at a maximum of 6 participants, with souvenir digital photos and video, trail snacks, and all necessary equipment included.
You will enjoy the northern coastal landscapes and the island's interior without physical strain thanks to our e-bikes. It is an awe-inspiring route free of significant physical hurdles, powered by the four assistance modes of the electric motor.
