Doñana is not only home to hundreds of species of birds, it is also a refuge for the scarcest cat on the planet and maintains, traditionally, the second largest colony of Iberian lynx. A carnivorous mammal from the feline family, known internationally for its recovery plan after being critically endangered and extinct at the beginning of the 21st century. Through this private visit hand in hand with our expert local guide, we will spend a day enjoying the Mediterranean forest in all its aspects (flora and fauna) while we seek our main objective. Despite the limited possibilities, searching for the lynx is always very exciting, even if we can't find it! , learning about its habitat, history and daily life; is in itself an experience that justifies this adventure through the forest. We move through the Doñana Natural Park, since the highest density of lynxes is in its own mountains at the north of the national park In Spain, we have a decalogue of good practices for the watching of bears, wolves and Iberian lynx based on respect for the wildlife of these animals and the preservation of their habitats. Our guide will inform you about the rules of the course. We must all apply and follow them.
