Getting tickets for the Alhambra is a complex process, so we can't assign you a fixed time when you book. Once you've made your reservation, we'll contact you by phone or email to agree on the tour's start time.

It's mandatory to bring your original, up-to-date passport or DNI (Spanish ID card). If you're Spanish, you can provide your DNI number when asked for your passport number during the booking process

Once the tour date and time have been confirmed with you, if you cancel your reservation on a later date, it will not be refundable

On rare occasions, there might be availability issues for Alhambra access. In these cases, we'll offer an alternative date or a full refund of the amount paid
