We will pick you up from your resort area and provide you with a direct bus service to the city center of Las Palmas, including our accompanying guide during the round trip transfer.
Once in Las Palmas, you will have 4/5 hours of free time to explore it at your leisure.
The city center has two areas that are worth a visit, both separated by a distance of 5 km. If you wish to discover both, it is recommended to travel from one to another by taxi or city bus, so you can enjoy them without rushing:
Vegueta and Triana Neighborhood Area: This corresponds to the historic center of the city to visit: Plaza Mayor with the Cathedral of Santa Ana, Vegueta Market, Casa Colón, Canario Museum, Plaza de Santo Domingo and in general, leisurely stroll through the streets of its old town. Do not miss the beautiful Triana neighborhood with its modernist-style buildings, known for its gastronomic offer and its large shopping area with carefully designed shops, where you can find that special gift.
Port and Las Canteras Beach Area: A recommended starting point is Santa Catalina Park, in its vicinity we find the Mercado del Puerto gastronomic space, the Elder Museum (science and technology), Poema del Mar (aquarium), and of course, the famous and lively urban beach of Las Canteras. 1 The López y Mesa shopping street where El Corte Inglés and other franchises are located where you can do your shopping.
