It's important to remember that we are searching for wild animals in their natural habitat. As their presence can be temporary, cetacean sightings are not guaranteed on every trip.
However, there is no need to worry! If we are not lucky enough to see any cetaceans during your excursion, we will provide you with a "Sighting Guarantee" ticket, allowing you to repeat the experience any time you wish (valid for one year).
