From the old town to the modern district, you will discover every corner of the city on a Segway. Guided by our expert local guides, you will learn about curious local stories in an engaging and fun way, with no rushing and plenty of stops along the way. A perfect active, eco-friendly, and educational combination of sport, laughter, and history!
Our guide will meet us and give us the initial tour briefing before we pick up the Segways and head to our first stop at Plaza de San Juan de Dios. Next, we will pass through the Puerta Tierra historic walls to visit the beaches of the modern area and catch a glimpse of "Little Cuba" from Campo del Sur. We will visit the Old Cathedral—a former mosque—to marvel at the exquisite works of art housed inside.
Just a few meters away, we will come across the El Pópulo neighborhood, the oldest in the city. We will glide through its medieval alleys and then step inside the galleries of the Roman Theater. We will continue through Cádiz's shopping district, with its blend of architectural styles, palatial houses, and noble residences, heading towards the Mercado de Abastos, where we will talk about the wide array of gastronomy the city has to offer.
Our tour is completed by the maritime-flavored La Viña neighborhood—where the city transforms into lively tenement houses, flower-filled courtyards, yellow balconies, and white walls, famous for its carnival and tapas—La Caleta Beach, and San Sebastián Castle. Additionally, we will pass by Genovés Park and Alameda Apodaca to wrap up this pleasant and entertaining Segway route.
