Next, from the comfort of a grandstand and accompanied by live explanations and music, riders and "vaqueros" (cowboys) will reveal one of Andalusia's best-kept cultural secrets: the breeding and selection of the fighting bull, and the training of Andalusian horses. You'll witness:
Afterward, you'll visit the stables, tack room, and the Domecq family's bullfighting museum, dedicated to the art of "rejoneo" (bullfighting on horseback).
